Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Keepsake Orchard. Each item is thoughtfully handmade with care, and we want your order to arrive safely and quickly.

Processing Time

All ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Estimated processing times for custom pieces will be noted in the product listing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (when selected)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup (Optional)

For local customers in the Fort Worth / DFW area, local pickup may be available for select orders or market deliveries. If this option is available, it will appear at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

The Keepsake Orchard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/item if damaged.

We will gladly work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
